Originally from Baltimore, MD and Pennsylvania, Ann Walsh has been in the industry for over 30 years, with over 20 in Senior Living. Her daily responsibilities include working with the employees at the community to help provide exceptional programs and services to all All Seasons residents. Ann loves getting to know, caring for, and meeting the needs of seniors and truly feels it is her mission to serve them. Outside of work, she enjoys golf and spending time at the beach. Ann's guiding principle is to bring a high level of integrity and honesty to all she does and to do her best to always exceed the expectations of her staff and the residents. Business Office Manager
Originally from Las Vegas, Liset brings 8 years of hotel and hospitality experience to her role at All Seasons Naples, where she oversees the community’s Human Resources and finances. A natural problem solver, she is a perfect fit and loves her job. Outside of work, Liset enjoys the outdoors: hiking and kayaking are two of her favorites. Inspired by “the golden rule,” Liset’s favorite quote comes from Helen Keller: “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much.”
Director of Sales and Marketing
With 30 years of sales experience and 10 years in Senior Living, Amy Hilliard values her time with every resident at All Seasons. In her role, she warmly welcomes prospective residents into the community. It’s her mission every day to engage both current and prospective residents in conversation, taking time to let them know they’re cared about. Outside of work, the Pennsylvania native can often be found at the beach, unwinding in the sun and collecting shells with her husband, or spending time with friends. Her motto is “If there is a need, I’m here to help.”
Originally from Michigan, Abby brings over 8 years’ residential leasing experience to her role as Sales Counselor at All Seasons. Her day to day responsibilities at the community include focusing on prospective residents’ preferences and interests to help them find their perfect home. Abby is fiercely passionate about family and understands the level of care and attention required for each resident. It’s important to her to do her best to make residents’ transitions to All Seasons simple, seamless, and enjoyable. Outside of work, Abby enjoys taking care of her dog Oscar, spending time with family and friends, and cooking. Her guiding principle is to treat everyone as if they were your own family. Originally from California, Daniel O’Grady has over 10 years’ experience in culinary leadership, with over four in Senior Living specifically. In his role as Executive Chef, he guides the overall direction of the Dining Department, including menu and recipe creation, ordering supplies, the execution of cooking, and more. He spends time meeting with residents to learn their dining preferences and implementing their suggestions wherever he can. To Daniel, the greatest benefit of working in Senior Living is knowing that what he does every day makes a real impact in someone’s life. Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, reading, watching films, and playing the occasional video game. Two guiding principles guide Daniel and his team: “Every day, in every single way, we’re getting better,” and “No matter your job title, in Senior Living, we are all caregivers. Originally from Southwestern Pennsylvania, John Bennett brings 17 years of experience as Activities Directors for Universities to his role at All Seasons. As Director of Life Enrichment, he is responsible for coordinating and planning community activities and overseeing transportation. A big believer in teamwork, he also keeps an eye out for other opportunities to jump in and help out his teammates. John enjoys being part of the All Seasons team and loves the challenge and the logistics of planning quality events for our residents. Outside of work, he likes spending time at the beach and watching football.
Director of Maintenance
Originally from New Jersey, Erich Neiman has over 18 years of experience in the Senior Living industry. At All Seasons Naples, he helps keep the community running smoothly and ensures each resident’s apartment is well maintained. Erich enjoys helping residents with their day-to-day tasks around the community. In his free time, he loves spending time with his kids. Erich’s favorite quote: “I’m out there and I’m loving every minute of it.”
Director of Memory Care
Adam Vasquez was born in Arizona and has lived in Florida most of his life. He has over 10 years’ experience in the Senior Living Industry, with over 6 years’ training in the field of Alzheimer’s and Memory Care. At All Seasons, he engages daily with the residents, helping to create a sense of purpose and wellbeing in mind, body, and soul. He loves seeing residents happy and thriving with a sense that they are loved and cared for. He believes the strength of the All Seasons team is each individual member. Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters.
Senior Vice President of Operations, Senior Living Division
Originally from Lancaster, PA, Adam Snyder has been involved in Senior Living since 2003. He now oversees the day-to-day operations for all Beztak Senior Living communities. Adam enjoys interacting with people every day and helping brighten lives. He has a passion for tackling issues and finds brainstorming and implementing new solutions very rewarding. Outside of work, Adam loves attending his kids’ sporting events, golfing, hiking, and fishing.

Joe Del Serrone was born in Michigan and raised in Italy, where he began his career in hospitality over 20 years ago. His experience includes cruise ships, luxury hotels and apartment management. Joe has worked in Senior Living since 2014, currently leading world-class brand initiatives to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience globally across the All Seasons communities. Joe enjoys getting to know people and strives to make a positive difference in the lives of residents and team members. When not at work, Joe enjoys cooking, Italian music, travel and quality time with family and friends.
Regional Director of Operations
Originally from Southern California, Lori Panaro feels she’s in her element here in Arizona. With industry experience going back to 1999, when she was a VP of a bank, she decided to switch gears in 2014. It was then she made her dream of helping others and working with seniors a reality and began a career in Senior Living, where she’s served as Regional Director since 2015. Lori’s involvement within the communities includes weekly one-on-one visits. She is grateful for the chance to mentor her teams while also interacting with the residents. Extremely passionate about being a servant leader, spending meaningful time with the residents gives Lori a sense of enthusiasm and energy. She has a particularly special place in her heart for Memory Care, and feels giving back to the senior generation is a gift and a blessing. Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. A baseball family, they typically spend weekends on the diamond. Daniel Novak, a native Detroiter, has been working in management, food service, and senior living for over 20 years. His day-to-day responsibilities include working with our culinary teams developing dining programs, setting and maintaining standards, verifying food safety compliance and ensuring quality. Dan treats each day as an opportunity to exceed our residents expectations by creating a spectacular dining experience from start to finish inclusive of food, ambiance, décor and service. When not at work, he enjoys cooking for family and friends, dining out trying new restaurants, and fishing and spending time at his cottage in Northern Michigan.

Having spent 16 of his over 18 years’ industry experience in related and relevant positions, Michigan native Michael MacDonell is responsible for oversight of the Beztak and All Seasons Senior Living salesforce as a whole. This includes active involvement in the success and optimization of all phases, from prospective-resident through to move-in. Michael particularly enjoys working with his team to engage with prospective residents and their families to discover how to best meet the individual needs of each. Outside of work, Michael stays busy helping his wife raise their two young boys. In addition to spending time with his family, he also enjoys playing music and bike riding. Originally from Washington D.C., Natalie brings over ten years’ experience in performing arts, nonprofit administration, and arts conference programming and producing to her role. As Director of Artistic and Intellectual Planning, she is responsible for curating and overseeing the artistic and educational programs for the All Seasons senior communities in MI, AZ, and FL. More specifically, Natalie actively conceptualizes, develops, maintains, and controls the vision, venue, and content that shapes the artistic, educational, and cultural programming of the All Seasons communities. Natalie believes there’s no better feeling than witnessing a room of strangers form an innate bond because of a shared art experience. When not working, she enjoys travel, exploring the outdoors, writing, and seeing as many new performers as she can.
